Just fed Evyn her last bottle. It’s kinda sad. She’s growing up so quickly! We’ve had some pretty sweet bonding moments during bottle time the past 9 months. We’ve also come a long way since day one when she wouldn’t even take a bottle from me! Our evening bottle time will just be replaced with “book and breathing treatment” time so we will still get in some good cuddles…which this mama needs just as much as baby big girl needs. 🙂
While it’s a little bittersweet that tonight was Evyn’s last bottle…I’m honestly looking forward to 2.5 whole months of a bottle free lifestyle…until baby #3 comes along and we will drag all the bottle gear out all over again! 🙂

Awwww…so bittersweet. I remember the night that I nursed mine before bed for the very last time…each time I cried! It was such a “rite of passage” or something…they just grow so fast!!
Our E still is having bottles, but she’s not about to become a big sister soon like your E is! She’s just not ready yet.
If it wasn’t for baby #3 I would have kept going with the bottle a little longer for the bonding purpose…but the idea of two babies on a bottle was making me loopy so I decided it was time! She has done great without it, whew! I was worried! 🙂
