Exciting news on the adoption front! Our completed home study came in the mail today which was the last piece of our dossier paperwork we were waiting on (waiting over 6 weeks for, ahem!) I immediately jumped in the car and took our dossier to UPS to ship it off to our agency. Yay! (I admit that I got teary eyed as I packaged up the paperwork at the UPS store!) It’s a big victory…5 months coming! Now we will be officially placed on the wait list for a baby girl and hope to be matched with a baby in the next 8-9 months. Now we wait.
On a funny note…I ran over my phone last week…with the lawn mower. Eeek! This picture will surely make you smile…
note to self...don't mow the grass.

Hi Bryson, Nice job on the phone! I’m a first cousin to your dad, Ron and Larry. I’m going to be in the Franklin Springs and Helen areas April 29-May 3. My wife and I are attending a conference at Unicoi State Park and briefly visiting her cousin in F. Spgs. At this point, the afternoon of April 29 might work out for a chance to meet. I would have to call you mid-afternoon to let you know for sure. How does your schedule look?
