A belated Merry Christmas to you, my faithful blog readers! Here are a few snapshots of our wonderful Christmas we spent in Oregon with Bryson’s parents and extended family. We joyfully celebrated a VERY white and snowy christmas and just enjoyed a relaxing time in the northwest!
Nash settles in for the long flight…and tries counting how many hours we will be trapped on this plane!
I quickly realize this flight is going to be a lot of “fun”.
But it was so worth it to be in Oregon for Christmas! And what a fun Christmas morning it was! Mimi and Pop-pop spoiled Nash (and us grown up kids too!) with wonderful Christmas treasures…
No coal for Nash this year…just 2 stockings overflowing with fun toys!
Cars and trucks are so cool!
once the snow melted we could go outside and play a little. Nash is sporting some of his new Christmas digs. What a good looking boy! Okay, i know i am biased, but he is too cute!
out on the town having dinner like a big kid…
checking out a sweet ride at Cosco. No, Nash you are not allowed to ever have one of these!
Bryson and I got to go on a bit of a get away to Bend/Sisters Oregon for a few days. The drive was an adventure ride for a couple southerners like us, but we made it and had a great time!
we stayed in the sweetest Bed and Breakfast (thanks Mimi! what a great gift to us!) and enjoyed a day of skiing.
Back home in GA we celebrated Christmas and here are 2 of my favorite gifts! A super cool handmade table out of scrap wood and metal by a local artist
and a mirror by the same artist. Great stuff!!
What an amazing year 2008 has been…I can not wait to see what is in store for the Vogeltanz Clan in 2009.
